I. Introduction
A. Attention-getter:One of the problems that phase athletes in the course of theiractivities is concussions.
B. Relevancestatement: It is important to identify issues that lead to suchoccurrences.
C. Credibilitystatement: Suchwill be critical in helping prevent the continued occurrence of suchcases.
D. Thesisstatement: Toexplore the causes of concussions in athletes
E. Previewreport: Poorplaying habits could be identified as one of the cases.
TheTransition: These habits could be linked to the general attitudes ofathletes while they are playing.
II. Body
Theview of athletes may be identified to be one of the causes ofconcussions among them (Lincoln, Caswell, Almquist, Dunn, Norris, &Hinton, 2011)
1. Theycould fail to follow through the game instructions keenly (Benson,Meeuwisse, Rizos, Kang & Burke, 2011).
a. Suchan action could predispose them to cause harm upon themselves.
b. Theycould also harm other employees whom they are playing with.
2. Thefailure of team managers to properly train athletes could also causethe problem of concussions among athletes.
Transition: Team managers could also focus on increasing the level ofcooperation among the athletes (Rivara, Schiff, Chrisman, Chung,Ellenbogen, & Herring, 2014).
High levels of collaboration among the athletes ensures that the problems of concussions are significantly reduced.

2. Theyalso need to be keen while playing in the game
a. Suchan action will enable them identify any dangers that may be there(Rivaraet al., 2014).
b. Theywill also be able to ensure the safety of other athletes whileplaying.
Transition: Managers may enhance the level of cooperation among the athletes byalso fostering better relationships with them.
The athletes may also need continuous physical exercise (Castile, Collins, McIlvain, & Comstock, 2011)
1. Thisactivity will also ensure that they remain fit.
2. Theywill also be mentally stable to maintain focus while playing((Castile Et al., 2011).
3. Theexercise will also improve their ability to observe the rules of thegame while playing.
a. Theyshall be in contact with the rules continuously.
b. Theyshall be able to practice following the rules.
TheTransition: Concussions among employs can be reduced.
III. Conclusion
It is important for managers and athletes to look into the problem of concussions more intently (Marar, McIlvain, Fields, & Comstock, 2012).
Such an action will help to ensure that they are able to save a lot of work hours.
